Our Payment Structure (100% of first month’s salary, fixed fee, success-based),
Payment Timing (after joining, upfront),
Scope of Service (guarantees/disclaimers on job placement, liability limits),
Candidate Responsibilities (timely payment, no misconduct), and
Agency Obligations/Rights (confidentiality, legal action for non-payment). Key clauses include non-refundable fees, refund policies for failed placements (sometimes), and that the agency isn’t liable for post-hire issues, shifting responsibility to the employer/candidate.
Key Terms for Candidates (Job Seekers)
- Fees & Payment: Often a percentage of your first salary (e.g., 100% of first month’s salary ) or a fixed registration fee 5000rs on advance , requiring advance payment (refundable if not selected).
- Service Guarantee/Disclaimer: The agency may guarantee suitable introductions but disclaims liability for job loss, termination, or poor performance after you’re hired.
- Compliance: You must pay fees on time; failure can lead to legal action or being blacklisted for future roles.
- Refunds: If, following registration, the HR department at any company is unable to arrange an interview aligned with candidate’s profile within a maximum period of one year, the registration fee will be refundable.
After registration, placement will be done as per the profile of the candidates. If after selection, the candidates do not join within the stipulated period, then there will be no refund + compensation will have to be given to the HR company by the candidates.
Work will be assigned across India, in accordance with their profiles.

Key Terms for Employers (Clients)
- Liability: Employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions and employee management; agencies aren’t liable for employee misconduct.
- Confidentiality: Candidate data (resumes) is confidential and for recruitment purposes only.
General Clauses
- Intellectual Property: Agency materials are proprietary.
- Termination: Either party can usually terminate, but payment terms for work done apply.
- Force Majeure: Clauses for unforeseen events (natural disasters, etc.).
- Modification: Agencies reserve the right to change terms with notice.
